At travelinw, we cherish our clients and work hard to make sure they're happy. Our cancellation and refund policy is described in this agreement to give you clarity and openness when making reservations with us.

Cancellation:

  • Reservations may be canceled without difficulty or penalty up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations by email are not accepted; instead, cancellations must be handled over the phone.
  • Please be aware that many reservations, due to the policies of the individual airline, hotel, or vehicle rental agency, are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are contingent on the provider's policies, and we cannot guarantee reimbursements following cancellation.
  • Refunds may not be available for "no-show" reservations, which occur when a passenger fails to board without giving the provider advance notice.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are handled 24 hours after a cancellation.
  • Alternative payment methods or accounts are not allowed; refunds are paid back to the original form of payment used for the reservation.
  • It can take ten to fifteen days, or around two weeks, for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If your bank requires more time for processing, the refund might not show up in your account for 60–90 days, or roughly three months.
  • Except for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, our service fee is non-refundable.
